Why RCV

More execution per stop. Less wasted travel.

We design routes around store overlap so brands can get consistent field presence without carrying the full cost structure of a traditional national agency.

Because we already service stores and routes in the region, compatible brands can sometimes be serviced on overlapping routes — more efficiently than a traditional one-brand-one-trip model. That is an operational efficiency we design for, and it can translate into competitive pricing. Actual scope and pricing depend on program requirements.

Route stacking

Compatible programs planned against shared store geography rather than isolated one-off trips.

Density first

Greater Boston and Eastern Massachusetts give us a tight core to build efficient routes from.

One visit standard

Every store gets the same written scope, so reporting stays comparable week to week.

Honest scaling

We add markets as field capacity is built — no claim of coverage we can't actually staff.

Coverage

Regional precision. Scalable field execution.

New England is our core operating region — Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Maine and Vermont — with Greater Boston and Eastern Massachusetts as a dense core where routes tighten and visit frequency scales easily.

Greater Boston & Eastern Massachusetts — highest store density and the most efficient recurring routes.

All six New England states, covered through recurring or project-based routes.

Beyond New England

Additional-market and multi-region programs can be scoped as we expand field capacity. We are transparent about this: rather than claiming blanket national staffing, we build coverage market by market through a scalable field network and program model — often starting with a New England pilot and expanding from there.

How it works

Four steps from store list to action items.

  1. 01

    Define stores + objectives

Store list, banners, priority SKUs and what a successful visit actually means for your brand.

  2. 02

    Build route + visit standard

Geography-aware routing plus a written visit standard so every store is treated the same way.

  3. 03

    Execute + document at shelf

Hands-on merchandising and audit work, captured with before/after photos and structured store notes.

  4. 04

    Deliver reporting + action items

Client-ready summaries with OOS findings, compliance exceptions and the items worth escalating.

Reporting can include structured store notes, before/after photos, out-of-stock findings and client-ready summaries — formatted so your team can forward it internally without reformatting it first.
For brands & partners

Who we're built for.

Emerging CPG brands entering retail

You won the placement. Someone still has to make sure the product is on shelf, faced, tagged and actually findable by a shopper.

Brands outgrowing their internal team

Store count is climbing faster than your sales team can drive. We cover the stores they can't reach every cycle.

Brokers & distributors

Local execution support behind the sell-in, so commitments made at headquarters hold up at store level.

Launches where compliance matters

Reset windows, authorized SKU lists and planogram standards documented visit by visit.

Independent shelf verification

Third-party eyes and photo proof of what the shelf looked like — not a secondhand summary.

National agencies & program managers

A dependable New England field partner for coverage gaps in your existing national program.

Pilot program

Start with a focused New England pilot.

Give us a store list, visit standard and frequency. We'll build a practical coverage plan and show you what field execution looks like before you expand.

Scope and pricing depend on program requirements — store count, geography, visit duration, compliance standards and reporting depth.

About

An independent field partner, run hands-on.

Rodgers Capital Ventures LLC is an independent field merchandising and retail execution company based in Somerville, Massachusetts. We work at store level: on the shelf, in the backroom, in front of store personnel — and we document what we find.

The company is founder-led, which shows up in how we operate. Communication is direct, scheduling is responsive, and the person planning your routes is close to the work being performed in stores.

Our standard is simple: show up as scheduled, behave professionally in a retailer-facing environment, execute the agreed visit scope, and hand back documentation clear enough to act on.

Responsiveness

Direct communication and fast turnaround on scheduling changes.

Field accountability

Visits performed to a written standard, not a loose checklist.

Retailer-facing professionalism

We represent your brand in someone else's store.

Detailed documentation

Photos and structured notes that hold up under scrutiny.
